Jessica is the driving force behind JM Connect.
After years of working in various industries, she noticed that many people struggle to find a job where they really feel at home. That inspired her to do things differently.

She is fluent in Dutch, Polish and English - bridging the language and cultural differences that are often at play in the staffing world on a daily basis.
Jessica is known for her commitment, honest communication and quick switching.
She believes that good cooperation does not start with a contract, but with mutual trust.
