JM Connect is an employment mediation firm that connects motivated workers with businesses in the Netherlands. We do not employ people ourselves; instead the formal employment relationship (contracts and payroll) is handled by our certified partner.

No — we do not charge candidates any placement or mediation fees. The client companies (employers) compensate us for our services; your employment is with Flexpedia under the agreed conditions.

Employment terms such as salary, working hours, overtime rules etc. are determined in cooperation with Flexpedia and the client employer. We ensure compliance with Dutch labour laws and relevant collective labour agreements.
